Nordic walking is an endurance sport and a special form of conventional walking - in other words, fast walking. Experienced Nordic walkers achieve a Nordic walking speed of up to 150 steps per minute.
Two special walking poles swing next to the body and support the movement of the steps. The sport originated in Scandinavia in the 1950s: cross-country skiers and biathletes used fast walking with poles to keep fit during the summer. We will be happy to advise you on site about the network of trails and help you choose your walking route. Experience the Nockberge up close - step by step!
